Excited to welcome LIMAQ to 7 Clans Brewing for the first time!
Originally from Lima, Peru, Chuck Gutiérrez (they/them) is a multidisciplinary artist and pre-Colombian art historian. While living in Germany, they studied at The Culinary School in Munich. Chuck came to Asheville and they co-founded Ayni51 (now LIMAQ) Peruvian Food in early 2022 to celebrate Peruvian culture and food. Using local ingredients to create exciting vegan takes on Limeño food, they have grown to love local produce and the culinary community of Asheville.
