At Cielo Catering in Asheville, NC, we think about food differently.
We believe that food traditions, the ways we choose to gather together and celebrate with friends, and the things we present define who we are.
We don’t specialize in one cuisine, we specialize in collaboration.
From the journey an ingredient makes to the table, to the way a connection is made between two strangers, everywhere you look there is a story. By drawing on family traditions, favorite food memories, and personal aesthetics, we want to help you tell your story.
We believe a meal should engage all the senses and bring people together, which is why we have a special interest in live fire cooking and family style service.
