DESCRIPTION:Excited to welcome LIMAQ to 7 Clans Brewing for the first time! \nOriginally from Lima\, Peru\, Chuck Gutiérrez (they/them) is a multidisciplinary artist and pre-Colombian art historian. While living in Germany\, they studied at The Culinary School in Munich. Chuck came to Asheville and they co-founded Ayni51 (now LIMAQ) Peruvian Food in early 2022 to celebrate Peruvian culture and food.  Using local ingredients to create exciting vegan takes on Limeño food\, they have grown to love local produce and the culinary community of Asheville.

Read on for more info. \nAbout the Food \nMenus vary based on season and are made with local and organic ingredients. Indian\, East Asian\, SE Asian\, Mexican\, Simple American\, Southern\, and much more.  I cook from the heart\, and find the most satisfaction when I create menus from what’s coming from my farm\, and what’s available in the local foodshed.    \n \nFarmer Sunil Patel \nA farmer\, permaculturalist\, and a food and farming thought-leader\, he’s studied natural farming methods and worked for farmers in California\, West Virginia\, New Jersey\, and Oregon.
